Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Certain products such as underwear, swimwear, and personalised items are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons unless faulty.

3. Refund Process

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
